Terms of service

These Service Terms (âTermsâ) set out the rules for accessing and using the Website National Financial Inclusion Programme and the AI-supported trading platform, together called the âServiceâ, supplied by National Financial Inclusion Programme Ltd. (âNational Financial Inclusion Programmeâ, âweâ, âusâ or âourâ). By visiting or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use or access the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be 18 or older to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. You must not use the Service where applicable law prohibits such use.
2. Creating an account
Full access requires an account containing complete, accurate and current information. Keep your login details secure and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account. If you believe access has been obtained without permission, contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has entered the account without your authorisation.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide misleading information or take part in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
3. Service scope and restrictions
National Financial Inclusion Programme offers AI-assisted market analysis, trading signals and, where supported, automated order submission through linked broker accounts. The Service is provided for information and analytical purposes only.
- National Financial Inclusion Programme does not receive, hold or administer your funds. Your money remains in your own brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect with your broker using API keys restricted to reading information and carrying out actions. These credentials cannot be used to withdraw funds.
- Previous performance by a strategy or signal should not be treated as a dependable guide to future performance.
- Trading involves substantial risk and you may lose the capital you commit.
4. No investment advice
Nothing published or supplied through the platform National Financial Inclusion Programme is financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-generated material and research are intended only as general information. Consider speaking with an appropriately qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. National Financial Inclusion Programme is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
5. Fees and payments
Certain Service functions are available only with a paid subscription. Prices appear on the pricing page and may change with 30 daysâ notice. Any applicable taxes are excluded and remain payable by you. Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or annually. At our discretion, a new subscriber may be eligible for a refund during the 14 days following the first charge.
6. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or contrary to any applicable legal requirement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, or attempt to access its source code.
- Use automated software to scrape, crawl or collect information from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
- Disrupt the Service or compromise its security, performance, integrity or supporting infrastructure.
- Carry out market manipulation, front-running or other conduct inconsistent with financial regulation.
7. Intellectual property
All materials, software, algorithms, trade marks and confidential expertise included in or made available through the Service belong exclusively to National Financial Inclusion Programme or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant other rights in those materials. Written permission is required before using our trade marks or logos.
8. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS SUPPLIED âAS ISâ AND âAS AVAILABLEâ, WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. National Financial Inclusion Programme WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS, OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limits on liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, National Financial Inclusion Programme WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY LOSS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS MIGHT OCCUR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO National Financial Inclusion Programme DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
10. Your indemnification responsibilities
You agree to reimburse, defend and protect National Financial Inclusion Programme and its directors, officers, staff and agents against claims, liabilities, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or violation of another personâs rights.
11. Ending these Terms
You may close your account through its settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or end access immediately following a breach. When access ends, your permission to use the Service also ends, and account information may be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and resolving disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New York, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes must initially be referred to binding arbitration in London under American Arbitration Association rules. People in the EU or UK may also bring complaints before courts available under the law of their place of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant amendments, we will provide at least 14 daysâ notice by email or via a Platform notice. Using the Service after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
